Vanessa Hettesheimer
VANESSA
Vanessa received her Girl Scout Gold Award for her project "InVEST in Hope". Inspired by her own adopted, rescue dog, Dashiel, Vanessa made vests to help other dogs get adopted. Vanessa's vests play a huge role in Good Karma Dog Rescue's adoption events. Our adoptable dogs wear the vests to help identify them as available to potential adopters.
Not only did Vanessa make these amazing vests for us, but she also donated some to one of favorite, fellow rescues. In order to help even more dogs, Vanessa created a YouTube video (see below) about how to make the vests. The patterns she created can also be found at JoAnn Fabrics. We are so proud of Vanessa and grateful for all that she has done to help us. Dashiel is one lucky pup!
